Web poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years numerous variations on the first poker game have been created, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to chemin de fer than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little concealment or other kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up prior to the dealer broadcasting "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the bank and of course all of the different gamblers are given 5 cards. After you have looked at your hand and the casino’s first card, you have to either make a call bet or accede. The call bet’s value is on same level to your beginning wager, indicating that the risks will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your bet goes instantly to the bank. After the bet is the showdown. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, plus a sum in accordance with the ante. If the house does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The casino pony’s up cash even with your wager and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for 3 of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a four of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- one hundred to one for a royal flush
