Web poker has become world celebrated as of late, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game shows. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years numerous variations on the earliest poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with twenty-one than traditional poker, in that the gamblers bet against the casino instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no concealment or different types of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up just before the dealer announcing "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course all of the different players acquire five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call wager or give up. The call bet’s value is equal to your original wager, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Bowing out means that your ante goes instantly to the dealer. After the bet is the face off. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, plus an amount equal to the ante. If the house has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The house pays out money equal to your original bet and set odds on your call bet. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
