Online poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its television scores. Over the years numerous variations on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with blackjack than traditional poker, in that the gamblers wager against the house instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no bluffing or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up prior to the dealer saying "No more wagers." At that point, both you and the casino and of course all of the other players acquire five cards each. After you have looked at your hand and the bank’s initial card, you have to either make a call wager or accede. The call bet’s value is on same level to your beginning ante, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your ante goes directly to the bank. After the bet is the face off. If the house does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, including a figure on par with the ante. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or better, you win if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The casino pony’s up money equal to your initial bet and controlled odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for two pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- one hundred to one for a royal flush
